Find a Home

We have had a revamp and things may look a little different around here, this is all to make your customer journey smoother, and to support you with finding a new home.

Find a Home is a Choice Based Lettings service which advertises Housing Association homes to rent in East Staffordshire. Use this service to search for available homes in the area or bid on properties.

There are filters you can use to search for properties that meet your requirements, such as number of bedrooms you need, amount of rent within your budget or the property type you require. All properties available will show below if the filters are not used.

All properties will have relevant icons to give you detail about the property, at a first glance. Hover over the icons for the icon description.

Brilliant – you have found a property that meets your needs. To be considered for the allocation of this property, within the property details you have selected, press "I’m interested". At times, we may require additional information before you submit your bid – these information boxes will appear once you have pressed I’m interested. Please complete these boxes with as much information as possible.

The easiest way to bid for a property is to log in to your portal account (click the link on the top right of the screen to take you to the sign in page.) Alternatively, if you do not have a portal account, you will be required to enter your bidding number when you place the bid.

If you are successful in being matched for a property, you will receive contact from the Lettings Officer. If we are unable to contact you or we don’t hear from you, the property will be offered to another applicant.
